This policy provides you with 24 hour protection, 365 days a year and will pay upto £500 including VAT for call out, labour & parts for a temporary or if the costs are similar, a permanent repair for each and every domestic emergency claim at your UK rental property. We will even pay upto £100 including VAT for transportation and overnight accomodation should your property become uninhabitable following a domestic emergency claim.

Examples of a 'domestic emergency' are Roofing Problems causing internal Water Damage, Failure of the Electrical Supply or Plumbing and Heating Systems within the property, Burst Pipes, Blocked Drains, Broken Windows/Glazing, Damaged Locks causing a security risk and Infestation of Vermin.
